COUNTY JUDGE DANNY R. EDWARDS AUTHORIZED TO NOTIFY THE
TEXAS WATER COMMISSION OF CHANGE IN LICENSING AUTHORITY
On this the 16th day of August 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved that County Judge Danny R.
Edwards be authorized to notify the Texas Water Commission
of change in Licensing Authority, under rules and regula-
tions previously approved.
