MOTION BY COMMISSIONER RAY TO RATIFY CANCELLATION OF
CONTRACT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, BETWEEN
UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY AND KERR COUNTY
On this the 16th day of August 1988, a motion was made
by Commissioner Ray, as follows:
"I move that we ratify the action of the Commis-
sinners' Court of 9 May 1988 whereby the contract,
supplements, and amendments, relative to Private Sewage
Control, between the Upper Guadalupe River Authority and
the County of Kerr be terminated, effective 30 September
1988. The Kerr County Health Environment Department
will assume the duties and responsibilities."
Said motion was seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Sudge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY",
said motion was approved by a majority vote.
