MOTION TO SEEK BIDS ON APPRAISAL COSTS FOR
ELM PASS BRIDGE
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Baldwin and Holekamp and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to authorize Commissioner Ray and Commissioner
Holekamp to seek bids on appraisal costs for determining the
fair market value on proposed right of way property for Elm
--~ Pass Bridge, passed by a majority vote.
COUNTY JUDGE DANNY EDWARDS LEFT COMMISSIONERS' COURT at 5:37
o'clock P.M. and Chairman Pro Tem Morgan chaired the meeting.
