Court unanimously approved to pay the closing cost for Right
of Way purchased from Weldon L. Clark and Joe D. & Magda
Barnard for Elm Pass Bridge.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-612-585 for
5733.00 and made payable to Kerr County Abstract & Title
Company.
