Commissianer's Baldwin, Ray and Holekamp and Caunty Judge
Edwards voting "AY'E", and. Commissioner Morgan voting "NAY",
said motion to reject, on Mr. Menefee's recommendation, ~,~11
bids on Ingram Hill Rrad District, was approved by a majority
vote.
