On this the 8th day of June 1999, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to refer the bids on the four (4) road
districts to the County Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee, for
consideration and recommendation.
