On this the 12th day of June L989, upon motion rnac:3e by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Holekamp and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Morgan voting "NAY",
said motion to accept, on Mr. Menefee's reron~nendatian, ±;he
bid of 545,115.00 from Masters Construction for the Heritage
Park I & II Road Di.strirt, was approved by a majority vote.
