CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ROAD
TAX ELECTION FOR KERRVILLE SOUTH II SUBDIVISION
On this the 8th day of May 1989, came on to be considered by
the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the Special Road Tax Election, on Kerrville South
II Subdivision, held on May 6, 1989, and the Court having
canvassed and tabulated the returns of the election and the
Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said
returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and
correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the
returns ae canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 101,
Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by the five members of the Court, are in
all respects approved.
