Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to pay Indigent Health Care Claims
and Accounts in the amount of $11,732.02.

WHICH WAS WITHHELD FROM CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to pay Invoice No. 7517 in Road &
Bridge, which was withheld from Claims and Accounts.

MOTION TO CHARGE $40.00 PER DAY FOR HOUSING
OUT OF COUNTY PRISONERS
On this the 14th day of August 1989, Commissioner Ray moved
to charge $40.00 per day for housing out of County prisoners.
Motion died for lack of a second.
