FLAT ROCK DAM AND INGRAM DAM
On this the 12th day of May 1989, Commissioner Ray made a
motion to advertise for proposals for repairing Elat Rock Dam
and Ingram Dam before we ].o se them. After discussion it was
decided that we qualify for exemption under the Local
Government Code and Commissioner Ray withdrew his motion.

On this the 12th day of May 1469, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner f7olekamp, the
Court unanimously approved that we proceed obtaining
preriosals from the bids received in March 1988, and that the
bid process by bypassed under Local Government Code, Section
262.07.4, F.xempti.ons, (1), (2) and (4), for the repair of Flat
Rork Dam and Ingram Dam.
