On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin, Ray and Morgan voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-640-435, Equipment Rental, to 5300.00,
changing the total in Kerr County Environmental Health to
$85,319.00, was approved by a majority vote.

On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Baldwin and Ray voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-660-320, Trapper Contract, to 511,000.00,
Line Item 10-660-406, Emeryency Management, to 53,000.00,
Line Item 10-660-410, Dietert Claim, to $15,500.00, and Line
Item 10-660-442, CASA, to $3,000.00, changing the total in
County Sponsored Activity to 5109,950.00, was approved by a
