THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDt That the Kerr County Commissioners' Ccurt recommend that the Lower Colorado River Authority use the existing substation site on Stets Highway 16 South tRiverhill), rhich it ovne and has already prepared for construction, and that current public right of rays be used for transmission lines.
