RESOLUTION ON LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORTITY
AND KERRVILLE PUBLIC UTILITY HOARD RIMROCK PROJECT
On this the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, rith
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldrin voting
"AYE". and Judge Edrarda "ABSTAINING", said motion to adopt
the following Resolution ras ^pprov^d by ^ ^^~ority vot^:
~^ R E S O L U T I O N
MHEREASs The Lower Colorado River Authority's proposed
plan to construct a four t4> acre transformer yard and
138.000 volt transmission line through a residential area
containing approximately one hundred and three (103> homes.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDt That the Kerr County
Commissioners' Ccurt recommend that the Lower Colorado River
Authority use the existing substation site on Stets Highway
16 South tRiverhill), rhich it ovne and has already prepared
for construction, and that current public right of rays be
used for transmission lines.
