ORDER NO. 19155
APPROVAL TO ASSUME THE AUTHORITY ASSIGNED BY
SENATE BILL 109 TO PERFORM THE SERVICE OF
ASSIGNING ADDRESS NiJMBERS IN COOPERATION
WITii 911 AND THE POST OFFICE.
On this the 19th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to assume the authority assigned
by Senate Bill 1.09 to perform the service of assigning
address numbers, in r_ooperation with 911 and the Post Office.

PJRES FOR ISSUING ADDRESS NUNIDERS
1. Parties are to go to the Post Office with their plats for
the Post Office to make a recarmendation to the Court for
name and number.
2. After the Post Office makes their recanrendation, parties
are to take the plat to the County Clerk"s Office for
verification and the Clerk will sutmit the address and name
to the Catmissioners' Court for final approval, denial or
change. Parties will be notified of the time and date their
plat address will appear on the Commissioners" Court Agenda.
3. Numbers will be assigned in relationship to size and use
of the lots.
