VARIANCE ON PAVING REQUIREMENTS ON Y O RANCHLANDS
SECTION THREE
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to grant a variance to Y O
Ranchlands, Section Three, from paving requirements only,
road base must still meet all other county specifications.
Should the County be asked to maintain the roads in this
section, at a future date, all roads will be brought up to
the current county standards at that time.

I am submitting to you copies of the Preliminary Plat for Y. 0. Ranchlands
Section Three.
It is the intent of the developer to not pave the roads prior to final plat
approval. Sections One and Two of Y. 0. Ranchlands were approved without the
requirement of paved roads. Please consider this letter as a formal request by
the developer for a variance from paving requirements, applicable under Section
9.10 of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations. Please present this
to Commissioners Court at the time of their consideration of the preliminary
plat.
