APPROVAL OF PAYING HENRY GRIFFITH CONSTRUCTION
On this the 1st day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, Ray and Morgan voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
approve paying Henry Griffith Construction $3,740.00 for
paving aggregrate was approved by a majority vote.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-551 for $2,765.0@
and a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-553 for $975.00, both
vouchers made payable to Henry Griffith Construction.
