APPROVAL TO PAY MASTERS CONSTRUCTION $40,419.40
FOR COMPLETION OF HERITAGE PARK ROAD DISTRICT
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp and Morgan and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY" because
the claim should come through the Auditor's Office as a
routine bill, said motion t~ pay Masters Const.rurtion for the
completion of Heritage Park Road District, was approved by a
majority vote. Mr. Masters r,omplet.ed the work 54,695.60 less
than his bid price due t.o the deletion of a low wat.er~
crossing.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-580,
Road Districts, in the amount of $40,419.40 and made payable
to Masters Construction.
