TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE NOW ACCOUNT TO
REPAIRS ON DAMS
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to declare
an emergency and transfer 510,422.90 from Line Item No.
22-103-100, NOW Account, to Line Item No. 22-670-450, Repairs
to Dams, was approved by a majority vote.
