RIGHT OF WAY ON ELM PASS ROAD FOR ELM PASS BRIDGE
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to pay Mr. & Mrs. Joe Barnard
$3,610.00 for Parcel 2 (lot. 83) and Parr.el 3 (lot 84) in
Cypress Tree Estates, for the purchase of Right of Way on Elm
Pass Road for the Elm Pass Bridge.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-660, Elm Pass Road
for 53,610.00 and made payable to Mr. & Mrs. Joe Barnard, for
the purchase of said Right of Way. The check is to be held
until Kerr County receives clear title to said Right of Way.

demnation proceedings, we have no alternative but to accept it.
