APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO BOYLE ENGINEERING CORPORATION
FOR COMPLETION OF FIFTEEN (15) PERCENT OF
THE AIRPORT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT,
WITH CITY CONCURRENCE
On this the 20th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously agproved the payment of $2,955.00 to Boyle
Engineering Corporation for completion of fifteen (15)
percent of the airport environmental assessment, with City
concurrence.

MOTION TO APPROVE RIMROCK SiIBDIVISION IN THE ETJ
SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL OF KERRVILLE CITY
COUNCIL
On this the 20th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Ray voting "AYE", and
Commissioner's Morgan and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion
to approve Rimrock Subdivision, in the ETJ, located in
Commissioner Precinct Number 1, subject to final approval of
,~ the Kerrville City Council, failed two to two.
