OF Y 0 RANCHLANDS, LOT 54
On this the 25t.h day of May 1989, came on to be r_onsidered by
the Court the matter of. setting a date far a Public Hearing
on Y 0 Ranchlands Subdivision, Lot 54.
It is ordered by thc. Court that a Public Hearing be held on
June 2.9, 1989 at 1:00 o'clock P.M. in the Caunty Courthouse
in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Arti.cl.e 232.009 "Revisi.on
of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7, pages 55Fi-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved setting of the
Public Hearing.
NOTICE OF' P[JIILIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public, Hearing will be held an
June 29, 1989 at 1:00 o'clock P.M., in the County Courtroom
of the Kerr County Courthouse, at the Special Term of the
Commissioners' Court, to consider the applir_ation filed by
David M. Cummings, Jr. for replat of Lot S4 of Y O Ranchlands
Subdivision, (in Commissioner's Precinct 4), and to hear any
and all protests for the replat.
Said notice is in accordance with Artir,le 232.009 Revision of
Plat, in the Loral Government Code (a), (b) and (c).

subdivision plat if it is shown to the court that: (1) the
.revision will not interfere with the established rights of any owner
of a Dart of the subdivided land; or (2) each owner whose rights may
be interfered with has agreed to the revision.
