Bart Hines, Director of Public Works for the City of
Kerrville, addressed the Court in reference to sewer
connection policies. The school board is still concerned
that they be on a priority status. The city attorney says
they cannot reserve one person priority status.

MOTION TO AMEND ORDER NO. 19218 PASSED ON
NOVEMBER 13, 1989 TO REWRITE RESOLUTION
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, Commissioner Ray made
the motion to amend Order No. 19218 passed on November 13,
1989, to rewrite the Community Action Group Resolution.
Commissioner Baldwin seconded the motion. After discussion
Commissioner Ray rithdrev hie motion.

MOTION TO TABLE RESOLUTION UNTIL IT CAN BE CLEANED UP
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to table the Community Action
Group Resolution until such time as the Court can rewrite the
resolution in clearer terms.
