SECTION 1-j TEXAS CONSTITUTION BEGINNING WITH THE 1990 TAX YEAR: AND RATIFYING PREVIOUS ORDER NO 19238 WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County finds that the taxation of certain goods, wares, ores, and other tangible personal property that is forwarded out of this state within 175 days of its acquisition or importation into this state is in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE: It is ORDERED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas: SECTION 1: All of that property described in Texas Constitution, Article VIII, Sec. 1-j, shall be fully taxable in Kerr County beginning January 1, 1990.
