On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Morgan and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING",
and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion to approve the
hiring of Peggy Tindle in the Land Department of the County
Clerk's Office, at Pay Group 11, Step 1, effective April 17,
1989 failed three to two.

THE COUNTY CLF,RK'S OFFICE AT AN HOURLY RATE,
AT PAY GROUP 11, STEP 1 THRU APRIL 20, 1989
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan voting
"NAY", said motion to approve paying Peggy Tindle in the
County Clerk's Office at an hourly rate of Pay Group 11, Step
1, 56.1.2 an hour, from April 17, 1989 thru April 20, 1989,
was approved by a majority vote.
