Added to her original job description is: cross training on processing instr~unents for filming, operating both the dual-roll camera and the fiche camera, related operating procedures, making hard copies for binders, and comparing copies to original instnnnents. Learned how to do word processing so we can set up reports instead of hand- writing them; learned miscellaneous fees to show the office staff how to , input receipts into the conq~uter; helped our bookkeeper by setting columns in word processing so she could input daily receipts' information on computer thus saving soave time by riot doing it by hand-this procedure enables us to have a check balance on that day's work. Each day I check the balances of each category that was entered iri the computer the day before by each deputy- i e. recordings, miscellaneous, filing, probate, certified copies, marriage license, birth and death certificates, etc. Learned Criminal Case Management, and entered cases for months to help the County Court at Law Department. Learned Court AdTni.nistration and am able to assist in printing all letters and forms. Learned how to program printers if they have been turned off. Helped train Probate Deputy on entering data. Helped in Sheriff's Office when a problem arose. ORDER N0. 18385 MOTION TO APPROVE SALARY INCREASE FOR NADENE GROSENBACHER IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE On this the 9th day of January 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion to approve a salary increase for Nadene Grosenbacher carried by a majority vote. It is hereby ordered by the Court that effective February 1, 1989, Nadene Grosenbacher will go from Pay Group 10, Step 2, to Pay Group 10, Step 4, $13,040.00 annually, $1,086.67 monthly, and $543.33 semi-monthly.
