APPROVAL TO CUT A CHECK FOR $1128.00 TO
MONTGOMERY ELEVATOR TO BE DELIVERED TO THE KERR
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO HOLD UNTIL RELEASE IS RECEIVED
FROM MONTGOMERY ELEVATOR
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to cut a check for $1128.00 to
Montgomery Elevator, which the Kerr County Attorney will hold
until he receives a release from Montgomery Elevator.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-512-450, for
$1128.00 and made payable to Montgomery Elevator.
