MOTION TO APPROVE PRE-REGISTRATION FEE FOR
ATTENDANCE OF CONFERENCE IN COLLEGE STATION
On this the 9th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, Seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court.
unanimously approved to pay the pre-registration fee for
Commissioner's Baldwin and Ray to attend a conference for
County Judges and Commissioners in College Station on January
24th, 25th, and 26th. It is further approved to reimburse
County Judge Edwards his registration fee.
.- It is hereby ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer
and County Auditor are hereby authorized to draw a voucher on
Line Item No. 10-401-485, Conferences, in the amount of
$110.00 payable to V G Young Institute of County Government,
and $55.00 payable to County Judge Danny R. Edwards for
reimbursement of his registration fee.
