BUDGET AMENDMENT TO ESTABLISH LINE ITEM NO. 10-409-576,
TIVY MOUNTAIN AND TRANSFER FUNDS
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to establish Line Item No. 10-409-576,
Tivy Mountain, and to transfer $1125.00 from Line Item No.
10-401-402, Legal Assistance, to Line Item No. 10-409-576,
Tivy Mountain, for the payment of Voelkel Engineering for
survey of Tivy Mountain.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-409-576, Tivy Mountain,
in the amount of $1125.00 made payable to Voelkel Engineering
& Surveying.
