ORDER NO. 18631 MOTION TO APPROVE. COMMISSIONER HOLEKAMP TO WRITE A LETTER TO ALI. ELECTED OFFICIALS AND DEPARTMENT HEADS ON NEW HIRING PRACTICES On this the 27th day of April 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved Commissioner Holekamp to write a letter to all elected officials and department heads that effective today no hiring shall be effective until such time that the hiring has been approved by Commissioners' Court, and the following information has been furnished to the Court, prior to employment, pursuant to the personnel policy: PAGE 326 1. The actual application for employment. along with any letters of recommendation; 2. The written physical report signed by the Doctor, and; 3. The Workman's Comp. inquiry report..
