The Board feels that the mapping effort Kerr County is undertaking will pro- vide useful information for our 9-1-1 project. we are therefore, interested in a purchasing agreement for the following: a. The right to use the database created by this mapping project and any subsequent revisions. b. The right to reproduce the mapping information as deemed necessary to provide 9-1-1 related services. Upon receipt of your concurrence, as indicated by "your signature on this docu- ment, the Board will send a check in the amount of $1000.00 to Kerr County to purchase the rights indicated above. The Board appreciates the work done by the County to develop the mapping infor- mation. It is anticipated that we can continue to work together to enhance the mapping project and its value to Kerr County.
