AMENDMENT TO THE FILED 1989-1990 BTJDGET IN
COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-401-101, Elected Official Salary, to
$90,000.00, Line Item 10-401-201, FICA Expense, to $9,330.00,
Line Item 10-401.-203, Retirement to $8,696.00 and 10-401-571,
Contingency Fund, to $22,000.00, changing the total in
Commissioner's Court to 5191,138.00 was approved by a
majority vote.

AMENDMENT TO THE FILED 1989-1990 BUDGET IN
NON-DEPARTMENTAL
On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
add a new Line Item, 10-409-426, Magistrate Travel Fees, to
be paid at $.50 each magistrate, and add 52,000.00 to the new
line item, changing the total in Non-Departmental to
$172,785.00 was approved by a majority vote.
