APPROVAL OF THE TRANSFER OF LEA SAHDEL FROM THE
COUNTY JUDGE'S OFFICE TO THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990
On this the 30th day of October 1989, with Annetta Anderson
transferring from the County Clerk's Office to the District
Clerk's Office on January 1, 1990, the Court authorized the
trsnsfer of Len Sandel from the County Judge's Office to the
County Clerk's Office effective January 1, 1990 at Pay Group
15, Step 1. 515, 500. 00 annually, 51, 291. 67 monthly, 9645.83
semi-monthly. and the budget will be ad~ueted to maintain the
then current staff. Lea Sandel will be given a one step pay
increase on April 15, 1990, provided her fob evaluation
warrants it, to Pay Group 15, Step 2, 515,887.00 annually,
31,323.92 monthly, 9661.96 semi-monthly.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioner's Holekamp and
Baldwin, and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner
Morgan voting "NAY", said motion approved by a majority vote.
(Commissioner Ray was out of the Courtroom.)
