ACCEFTANCE OF $750.00 FROM MR. ROY EVANS
FOR PAVING 407 FEET Ob' TREE LANF.
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldw9.n, the
Court unanimously approved, on Mr. Menefee's recommendation,
acceptance of $750.00 from Mr. Roy Evans for paving 407 feet
on Tree Lane, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. 1, and
the County paying the balance of $150.00, bringing the road
up to County standards for County maintenance. Reichneau
Bros. Construction Company has agreed to pave the road for
$900.00.
