APPROVAL OF THIRD LEASE ADDENDUM AND EXTENSION
BETWEEN CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY AND
DUGOSH AIRCRAFT SERVICE CO., INC. SUBJECT TO
CITY CONCURRENCE
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the Third Lease Addendum and Extension
between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor, and
Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., Lessee, and authorized the
County Judge to sign same, subject to City concurrence.

THIRD LEASE ADDENDUM AND EXTENSION
This Third Lease Addendum and Extension made this day by
and between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor,
and Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., Lessee:
1. This Lease amends and extends the original lease
dated February 10, 1976, the Addendum thereto dated May 1,
1976, and a Second Addendum dated September 1, 1982.
2. Paragraph 3, "Term of Lease", of the said original
lease is hereby deleted, and the following substituted
therefore:

TERM OF LEASE
This Lease terminates August 25, 1999.
Signed and effective the 26th of August, 1989.

and as secretary, I have access to all original records of the
corporation and I certify the following facts:
1. The corporation is organized and operating under the laws
of State, is qualified to do business here, and is in good standing.
2. No proceeding for forfeiture of the certificate of
incorporation or for voluntary or involuntary dissolution of the
corporation are pending.
3. Neither the articles of incorporation nor the by-laws of
the corporation limit the power of the Board of Directors to pass the
resolution set forth herein.
4. The Secretary is the person authorized to make and sign
this resolution.
5. The Secretary keeps the records and minutes of the
proceeding of the Board of Directors of the corporation and the
resolution below is an accurate reproduction of the one made in those
proceedings; it has not been altered, amended, rescinded or'repealed,
and it is now in effect. y
6. The resolution below was legally adopted at a meeting of

by-laws of the corporation, at which a quorum was present and the

the act and deed of the corporation and are hereby in all things
ratified and confirmed."
