UNTIL SUCH TIME AS SUFFICIENT TAXES ARE COLLECTED
TO REPAY GENERAL FUND
On this the 26th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer 520,000.00 from
General Fund Surplus to Fund 14, Fire Protection, as a loan
until such time as sufficient taxes are collected to
reimburse General Fund Surplus.

vote.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw vouchers on Line Item No. 10-560-207, one
for 51,410.00 made payable to National Association of
Sheriff's Dues, and one for 526,962.00 made payable to Star
a Pool.
