APPROVAL OF MOVING PRECINCT NO. 1 FROM THE
COURTHOUSE TO THE KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM FOR
ALL COUNTY ELECTIONS
On this the filth day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously apprgved to move Precinct No. 1 Prom the
Courthouse to the Kerrville Municipal Auditorium for all
County elections. As our elections are held on Tuesdays and
not Saturdays, we have a definite problem with congestion
because of Foreclosure sales, juries from two courts, and
regular County business which makes it almost impossible to
monitor and enforce the no laitering_
