CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION CANVASSED
AND TABULATED
On this the 13th day of November
considered by the Court the returns
determine the results of the Co
Election held on November 7, 1989,
canvassed and tabulated the returns of
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing
1989, came on to be
to be canvassed, to
zstitutional Amendment
and the Court having
the Eighteen Election
Board Box, are of the
opinion that said returns, after having been opened and
canvassed, are ture and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved that
the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages 102
thru 110, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas,
and as certified thereto by the three members of the Court,
are in all respects approved.
