MOTION TO RATIFY ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF
INGRAM AND KERB COUNTY ON THE DRUG DOG "ZOWIE"
On this the 23rd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to ratify the addendum to the agreement
between the City of Ingram and the County of Kerr concerning
the drug dog "Zowie".

ADDENDUM TO AGREIIKQ~T
KERR hereby agrees to hold harmless INGRAM and DON GRAY, the dog handler,
from any injury to or death of the dog "Zowie", including specifically any injury
to or death of "ZOwie" due to negligence of INGRAM or DON GRAY in the keeping,
maintenance or use of "Zowie", but such hold harmless agreement by KERR shall not
include injury or death of "ZOwie" directly resulting from the willful act or gross
negligence of INGRAM or DON GRAY.
