The Council voted to approved the agreement, subject to the following addition: "KERR hereby agrees to hold harmless INGRAM and DON GRAY, the dog handler, from any injury to or death of the dog "Zowie", including specifically any injury to or death of "Zowie" due to negligence of the INGRAM or DON GRAY in the keeping, meintenance or use of "Zowie", but such hold harmless agreement by KERB shall not include injury or death of"Zowie" directly resulting from the wilfull act or gross negligence of INGRAM or DON GRAY."
