MOTION TO LOAN 1974 CHEVROLET 1/2 TON PICKiJP TO
INGRAM MARSHAI.
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved loaning a 1974 Chevrolet 1/2 ton
pickup, Vehicle Identification Number CCQ1445205955, to
Ingram Marshal, Don Gray, for transporting the Kerr County
Drug Dog "Zowie". The County shall pay for the gas and
maintenance on the pickup.

Dear Judge Edwards:
The City Council of the City of Ingram considered the
proposed agreement with Kerr County as per the copy sent to the
undersigned.
The Council voted to approved the agreement, subject to the
following addition:
"KERR hereby agrees to hold harmless INGRAM and DON GRAY,
the dog handler, from any injury to or death of the dog "Zowie",
including specifically any injury to or death of "Zowie" due to
negligence of the INGRAM or DON GRAY in the keeping, meintenance
or use of "Zowie", but such hold harmless agreement by KERB shall
not include injury or death of"Zowie" directly resulting from the
wilfull act or gross negligence of INGRAM or DON GRAY."
If the Commissioners are agreable
above, perhaps this can be added to the
addendum.
