Following dismissal front Courtroaa the Sentenced Subject will report directly to the Sheriff's Departwent Correctional Officer fnr further instructions and Classification within seven days of sentencing, then Subject will be assigned tp a work program. Classification will determine the prograM criteria fnr each individual based an: 1) Crininal Nistoryy 2) EMplnyaent Status, 3) Length of Sentence, and 4) Job Skills. ~~, ~~ lr -~1 STEP III. ~S, All individuals assigned to the Work Prograa will 6e under Contract, by law, to report to their work assignments When and where assigned, and perform duties as required by the Correctional Officer or Job Supervisor ih charge. 1 <}~ ~ .~ Pear J STEP IV. Good work and behavior can result in a reduction of time served. 90 HOUR SENTENCED ' - 30 hrs. for Good Behavior - 30 hrs. for Good Work = 30 hrs. Rctual Time Served Failure to report can result in Re-arrest and Straignt Jail Time. Failure to comply with job requirements will result in removal from the Work Program and placed in the County Jail for the remainder of time with no goad time or work time credit. Those individuals committed on a chargC of Violation of Probation or Capias Pro Fines will automatically be disqualified from the work program. PROGRRM DRILY ROUTINE 1. Report to Correctional Officer or Job supervisor at your assigned work detail at /am. 2. Upon arrival at work site Report to Work Supervisor for assignment. 3. Correctional Officer will pick you up at the end of the workday, return you to the Jail for release and next days assignment. 4. Your program will be assigned each week in order to calculate the amount of time remaining on your sentence. 5. Your Work Supervisor and the Correctional Officer will evaluate your program daily. 5. Conduct Evaluation will be based on; a. Rttitude b. Ability to follow orders c. Ability to get along with fellow workers and supervisor 7. Work Evaluation will be based on; 1. Initiative: Work without being encouraged constantly 2. Ability to complete assignments in allotted time 3. Quality of completed assignments 1
