Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to amend Line Item 10-427-402,
Court Appointed Attorney, to 512,000.00, and Line Item
10-427-420, Telephone, to $1,200.00, changing the total in
County Court at Law to 588,502.00.

216TH DISTRICT ATTORNEY
On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge F,dwards voting "NAY", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-440-309, Postage, to $40.00, Line Item
10-440-310, Office Supplies, to $1,500.00, and Line Item
10-440-485, Conferences, to 5300.00, changing the total in
216th District Attorney to $64,140.00, was approved by a
majority vote.
