MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE ON SUBDIVISION RULES &
REGULATIONS FOR A 524.5 ACRE TRACT
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to grant a variance to A. B. Barker on a
524.5 acre tract as the property is all family owned and an
estate settlement is involved.

MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE FROM NOTIFICATION ON
LOTS 7, 8 & 9 IN CULLUM LAKE ESTATES
On this the 5th day of January 1.989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to grant a variance from notification on
Lots 7, 8 & 9 in Cullum Lake Estates to Mr. Michael Kearney,
as no lots have been sold.
