MOTION TO RENEGOTIATE THE CONTRACT WITH THE ANIMAL
WELFARE SOCIETY AND APPOINT COMMISSIONER BALDWIN
AND COMMISSIONER RAY AS A COMMITTEE OF TWO TO
REPRESENT THE COUNTY
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray and Morgan voting "AYE", and Commis-
sioner's Baldwin and Holekamp voting "NAY", and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to renegotiate the contract
with the Animal Welfare Society and to appoint Commissioner's
Baldwin and Ray as a committee of two to work with the Animal
Welfare Society for this purpose failed.
COUNTY JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION at 4:00
o'clock P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 4:25
o'clock P. M. with all members present.
