INSTEAD OI' FULL-TIME IN THF. KERR COUNTY JAZL
On this the 25th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved James Blankenship as a part-time
dispatcher instead of full-time, effect:i.ve August 5, 1.9A9.
Mr. Blankenship will work Saturdays and Sundays at $5,00 per
hour.

Dispatcher James Blankenship has been accepted at Uvalde Jr.
College on a paid scholarship for a Basic Law Enforcement Course,
beginning August 7, 1989 through October 1989.
James Blankenship will no longer be full-time employed by Kerr
County Sheriff Dept., however, I plan to keep James on part-time
dispatcher through this time, to work Saturday's and Sunday's.
James' last day with Kerr County for full-time pay will be,
August 5, 1989. He will be paid $5.00 per hour, part-time for
Saturday's and Sunday's, 8 hours per day, thereafter.
