APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
KERR COUNTY INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT
On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved an amendment to the City of Kerrville,
Kerr County Inmate Boarding Agreement, whereby the City shall
be charged 530.00 per person per man day for Class C
misdemeanor offenses. The County Judge is hereby authorized
to sign said amendment on behalf of Kerr County.
CITY OF KERRVILLE - KERR COUNTY
AMENDMENT TO
INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT
The City of Kerrville, Texas, and Kerr County, Texas, enter
into this amendment to the existing Inmate Boarding Agreement
as follows:
2) For those inmates who have been delivered by the
City of Kerrville and accepted in the Kerr County
detention facility, the City of Kerrville shall be
charged $30.00 per person per man day, for so many
of said inmates that are charged with a Class C
misdemeanor offense. For so many of said inmates
that are charged with an offense other than a Class
C misdemeanor, the City of Kerrville shall not be
charged.
6) The term of this agreement shall commence on
October 1, 1989. Either party may terminate upon
ninety (90) day written notice.
Unless modified herein, all terms and provisions of the
existing agreement between the parties remain in effect.
