APPROVAL OF APPOINTING A JAIL COMMITTEE
On this the 30th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Morgan, Ray and Holekamp voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "HAY", said motion to approve
a fail committee was approved by a majority vote.
County Judge Edwards, Commissioner Morgan, Commissioner Ray,
Commissioner Holekamp, Commissioner Baldwin and Sheriff
Kaiser will each appoint two members to the committee to
study the plans submitted by Maxey & Associates and Architect
Mike Walker and to make a recommendation to the Court on
which plan to approve for a bond election.
