ORDER N0. 19210 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF INGRAM - KERR COUNTY INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT On this the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved the amendment to the Inmate Boarding Agreement between the City of Ingram and Kerr County whereby the City of Ingram shall be charged 530.00, per person, per man day, for so many of said inmates that are charged with a Class "C" misdemeanor offense in the Municipal Court of the City of Ingram. For so many of said inmates that are charged with an offence other than a Class "C" misdemeanor, the City of Ingram shall not be charged. The term of this agreement shall commence on October 1, 1989. Either party may terminate this agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice. For so many of said inmates that are charged with an offense other than a Class "C" misdemeanor, the City of Ingram shall not be charged. The term of this agre~nent shall commence on October 1, 1969. Unless modified herein, all terms and provisions of the existing agreement between the parties which relates to inmate boarding shall remain in effect.
