EMERGENCY DECLARED AND THE BUDGET AMENDED TO TRANSFER
FUNDS TO THE COUNTY JAIL DEPARTMENT
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously agreed to declare an emergency and amend
the County Budget to transfer 52800.00 from the unexpended
balance to Line Item No. 10-560-104, Deputies Salary.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF JANETTE PIEPER
ROAD AND BRIDGE TO JAIL SECRETARY
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commisioner Baldwin, the Court.
unanimously approved the transfer of Janette Pieper from
Secretary in the Road and Bridge Department to Jail Secretary
effective January 16, 1989 at Pay Group 13, Step 1,
$14,042.00 annually, $1,170.17 monthly, and $585.08
semi-monthly.
