EMERGENCY DECLARED FOR BUDGET AMENDMENT IN KERR COUNTY JAIL
DEPARTMENT
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously agreed to declare an emergency and amend the Kerr
County Budget to transfer $2,000.00 from the unexpended
balance to Line Item No. 10-512-104, Jailer Salaries.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO CHANGE DESCRIPTION OF LINE ITEM
NO. 10-512-106 FROM COOK TO SECRETARY
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to amend the County Jail Budget to
change the description of Line Item No. 10-512-106 from Cook
to Secretary.
