COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on March 30,
1989 at 1:15 o'clock P. M. with all members of the Court
present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:

MOTION TO REFER BIDS ON HEATING AND AIR
CONDITIONING REPAIRS
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved that the four (4) bids for repair to the
heating and air conditioning in the Kerr County Jail be
referred to the Sheriff, Frances A. Kaiser, the Maintenance
Supervisor, Frankie Speakmon, and the Auditor, Don
Williamson, for study and recommendation prior to awarding of
contract.

MOTION TO REFER BIDS ON LIGHTING REPAIRS FOR THE
KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved that the three (3) bids for repair to
the lights in the Kerr County Jail be referred to the
Sheriff, Frances A. Kaiser, the Maintenance Supervisor,
Frankie Speakmon, and the Auditor, Don Williamson, for study
and recommendation prior to awarding of contract.
