MOTION TO APPROVE THE RESIGNATION OF JEFF DAVIS
IN THE SfiERIb'F' S OFFICE
On this the 6th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Jeff Davis in
the Kerr County Sheriff's Office effective March 30, 1989.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to pay Jeff Davis for 24 hours vacation pay.

Traffic/Patrolman, Steve Schreckenbach will be promoted to Sr.

1811, effective April 1, 1989.
Jeff has 24 hours vacation pay coming to him, (3) days.
